APPOINTMENT NOTES.
Make sure to have a browse through our collection (everything is listed on the website) and even better, make a list of the top 5 dresses you would like to try, - our stylists will of course guide you once you are here too!
Please note, our fitting rooms are all up a flight of stairs, if this is a problem please email us prior to booking, and we will accommodate where possible.
Our Saturdays can get very busy, if you can come mid-week, we offer complimentary bubbles, and a longer, stress free appointment!
We allow a maximum of 3 guests per bride – this is for your sake – trust us on this one, too many opinions can be confusing and overwhelming!
No toddlers / children allowed, however, babies in arms is fine if no childcare can be found - we want you to enjoy the appointment without children!
Please arrive on time, unfortunately if you are more than 20 minutes late, we will not be able to see you.
Wear nude seamless underwear, and if you have a favourite pair of heels bring them, but we do have heels you can borrow too.
Please keep makeup to a minimum, and no instant tan to preserve our dresses!
Cancellations and reschedules with less than 72 hours notice are non-refundable or transferable. If you don’t show up for your appointment, a £50 charge will be applied.
